Kylia is a seasoned laboratory professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience across all departments of the laboratory, including research labs, reference facilities, small clinics, and metropolitan hospitals. As both a Lab Director and Technical Consultant, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead teams, elevate performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
